I once heard someone say that “writers write not because they love writing, but because they’re insane.” I disagree with this. What I’m sure is meant to poke fun at the often exhausting work of stringing together the precise words becomes a cheap degradation. For me, writing is so much more than grueling. I catch too many “glimpses of Eden,” of paradise, for it to only be work. With writing, there is as much erasing and deleting as there is beginning anew. For me, it’s about destroying in order to create, leaving the right things out in order to reveal something more surprising. It’s about surprising myself.

My creative copy and brand storytelling has been featured in some of New York City’s most distinctive restaurants. My work highlights the unique voice, atmosphere, and culinary vision of each space. With a focus on blending narrative, design, and flavor, I craft writing that elevates dining concepts into memorable brand experiences.
